Baseline DCF is a structured, auditable DCF (discounted cash flow) modeling engine built for commercial real estate. It supports hotels, self-storage, student housing, senior housing, single-family rental, and industrial outdoor storage.
Every model is Excel-native, locally installed, and fully transparent. There is no black box. Structured JSON metadata embedded in every model makes the software agentic by design — AI agents can read, write, and reason over the calculations directly.
